Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, with close proximity to major London attractions. The rooms have been recently renovated and are fantastic, although lacking in storage space. The staff is friendly and professional, offering great services throughout, yet missed informing us about the pick-up service. Dining was good overall, with some room for improvement. The ongoing renovation works around the hotel may impact the current experience.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, but the dining experience was a bit pricey for breakfast. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor downsides.
Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience. The room was beautifully designed with amazing quality and comfort, although the proximity to the London Eye meant limited privacy. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff available for every need. The location was ideal, close to major attractions, even though it felt a bit dated in some areas. The dining options were satisfying, offering a good variety of choices. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms had an excellent view and were large with plenty of storage space, offering a clean and extremely comfortable bed. However, the distance from the elevator or stairs made me feel a bit tired walking to the room without having a chest of drawers for our 8-night stay.
I felt like a true tourist without leaving the country, enjoying a beautifully designed room with amazing views of the River Thames, Big Ben, and the London Eye. However, the room wasn't serviced by 4 pm when we returned, lacking fresh towels, which was a bit disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious for London, and the bathroom was really nice. However, they were not as comfortable as expected. On the bright side, the hotel next was spacious, well stocked, and spotlessly clean, with plenty of tea and coffee available, along with a welcoming Nespresso machine.
